Grammar Plus, owned by Janet M. Tremblay, specializes in teaching effective, yet entertaining, English grammar
refresher and business writing classes to corporate professionals.

A resident of Poway, California since 1980, Janet Tremblay was the West Coast trainer for a national grammar and business writing training company for 15 years.   During that time, Janet taught hundreds of seminars for employees at major companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Sony, Amgen, and Pacific Life (See Client List). Wishing to curtail her out-of-town travel, Janet began Grammar Plus in 2005, focusing on the skills she felt were the most essential in today’s business environment.

Janet has a bachelor’s degree in English from Whittier College and a master’s degree in Education from Purdue University.  She is a native Southern Californian and lives in Poway with her husband and two teenage children.  Janet is an active volunteer with the Poway Unified School District, the Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church, and the National Charity League.
